Supervisor

Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring all workflows run smoothly and efficiently. Supervise and guide team members to complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor work performance and provide regular feedback and support to team members to enhance productivity. Handle client inquiries and maintain positive working relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation for management review. Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and assist in implementing effective solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all operational activities. Job Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with basic data organisation and reporting capabilities. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. A team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
