Supervisor

Requirements Experience & Background: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced F&B or restaurant environment, with proven experience in leading service teams and managing daily outlet operations. Leadership & People Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and coach service staff and kitchen assistants. Able to conduct shift briefings, assign tasks, and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Able to handle customer enquiries and resolve feedback or complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards. Operational Knowledge: Good understanding of restaurant operations, including cashiering procedures, daily sales reconciliation, inventory control, and cost management. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations is preferred.
