Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Insulation Manager to lead insulation projects in the marine and offshore sector, ensuring timely delivery, safety compliance, and high-quality standards while managing teams and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities Lead insulation projects for shipbuilding, ship repair, and offshore works to ensure successful execution and delivery Develop and implement detailed project schedules, allocating manpower, materials, and resources efficiently Supervise site operations to enforce compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and client specifications Monitor project progress, control costs, and optimize productivity to meet budget and timeline targets Coordinate effectively with clients, shipyards, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project workflows Mentor and develop supervisors and insulation teams to enhance performance and professional growth Prepare comprehensive project reports and promptly resolve operational issues to maintain project momentum Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 8 years of experience in marine/offshore insulation, including in a managerial role Strong knowledge of thermal, acoustic, and fireproof insulation systems applied in marine/offshore projects Good understanding of shipyard operations, project management principles, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools to support project planning and reporting Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through team management and stakeholder engagement Other Information Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Career growth opportunities in a dynamic marine environment A collaborative and safety-focused workplace
