Operations And Logistics Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with IT knowledge to lead daily marine operations, coordinate cross-departmental activities, and enhance operational efficiency within a well-established marine company in Singapore. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily marine operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows Prepare detailed operational reports, work schedules, and performance updates for management review Responsible for procurement and onboarding / offboarding of employees. Coordinate with logistics, and finance departments to support seamless project execution Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and port authorities to maintain strong professional relationships Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures to uphold operational standards Lead and supervise the operations team to drive productivity and team cohesion Identify and resolve IT-related issues, including installation and maintenance of peripherals within the work location Procure and manage assets and track the devices with complete documentation. Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Singapore, with 5+ years of overall experience Diploma or Degree in a relevant field Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, internet, and email communication Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills demonstrated through managing teams and projects Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Other Information We offer an attractive salary package, performance bonus, medical and annual leave benefits, a friendly and professional working environment, and opportunities for career advancement.
