Why Join Us? ✓ Training Allowance Provided ✓ Attractive Commission Up to 60% ✓ Weekly commission payout (Upon Complete Document Submission) ✓ Qualified leads provided monthly ✓ Opportunity to work on SIDA-recognised projects and participate in future design award platforms ✓ Performance incentives and recognition programmes ✓ Incentive trips rewards ✓ Clear career progression pathway ✓ Opportunity to work on landed homes, conservation houses, HDB and condominium projects ✓ Positive and collaborative working environment ✓ Convenient office location near Thomson-East Coast Line MRT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Meet and communicate with homeowners to understand their renovation requirements and lifestyle needs • Provide professional interior design consultation, space planning and material recommendations • Prepare quotations, proposals and design presentations • Manage renovation projects from planning through completion • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress • Build and maintain positive client relationships throughout the renovation journey • Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines and expectations REQUIREMENTS • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related disciplines • Candidates with at least 2 years of residential interior design experience will be given priority. • Fresh graduates with a passion for interior design are welcome to apply. • Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp or other relevant design software • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Positive, responsible and self-motivated attitude • Able to manage multiple projects and timelines • Passionate about interior design and customer experience • Able to work independently and as part of a team ABOUT A BLUE CUBE DESIGN Established in 2020, A Blue Cube Design (ABCD) is an interior design consultancy specialising in landed homes, conservation houses and residential projects across Singapore.
