Site Supervisor

* Coordinate and supervise the work of and in-house workers. * Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work. * Cooperate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to health and safety at all times * To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers. * Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly. * Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports * Responsible for manpower planning and usage at site * Other ad hoc duties assigned * Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS) Certificate * Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in building and construction industry (structure works) * Able to understand design drawings and meet main-con’s requirements * Mandarin proficiency is required in order to communicate with Chinese workers. * Excellence analytical, communication, organizing, interpersonal and supervisory skills * Meticulous with positive work attitude
