Technical Manager - Building Line

Key Responsibilities Technical consultation & mix design Provide technical solutions and consultation on admixture selection, dosage, and performance across different concrete applications. Develop mix design optimisations and special-application mixes to improve performance and cost efficiency for customers. Troubleshooting & field/lab support Diagnose and resolve concrete performance issues including workability, setting time, strength, durability, segregation, and bleeding. Conduct site visits, plant technical support, and concrete trials in both lab and plant environments. Specification & business development Work with consultants, engineers, and specifiers to get admixture products specified into projects. Monitor major projects from specification stage through execution and completion, protecting the specification throughout. Tender & compliance support Support tender submissions with technical proposals and compliance documentation. Ensure all technical recommendations comply with applicable standards, codes, and regulations. Quality & corrective action Address quality complaints and coordinate corrective actions with QA/QC and production teams.
