Applications Developer (Cards)

Responsibilities: Work in team of developers to develop CICS-COBOL programs according to functional & technical specifications Write program specifications and documentation / flowcharts Perform unit and system integration testing Support user acceptance testing Manage and work with Technical team to implement solution that meet Business Requirements and are in alignment with organization's business objectives. Troubleshoot, debug and provide production system support Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve application and system issues Recommend and execute improvements Partner with users to understand Business needs by reviewing the Requirements specifications analyze impact to the application. Execute tasks related to project / change request / maintenance request. Requirements: Technical Skills & Experience Minimum 8 years of mainframe development, specifically in the areas of banking systems and cards At least 5 years experience on Cardlink system Technically competent in COBOL, CICS and EZT programming Good working experience with credit card system Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products and Microsoft Visio.
