Remote Sales Executive

Job Summary You will engage with incoming messages daily to maximize sales from cold leads and existing clients by responding promptly, following up, and building rapport through effective communication and emotional intelligence. Responsibilities Respond to 10-30 daily incoming messages using provided templates to convert cold leads into sales Understand and address customer inquiries accurately to meet their needs Follow up with a database of over 2000 existing clients after one year to encourage repeat business Make clients feel comfortable and valued during phone conversations to support sales closure Send appointment reminders to clients one day before their scheduled sessions Request reviews from clients after their appointments to gather feedback and enhance reputation Reply to messages within one hour during operating hours between 10am and 9pm Maintain a sales-oriented approach that is persuasive yet respectful and not pushy Use emotional intelligence to build rapport and enjoy engaging with clients through chat and phone Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong emotional intelligence to understand and respond to client emotions effectively Ability to communicate comfortably and persuasively on the phone Enjoyment in chatting with clients and closing sales
