Job Description Prepared tender document, contract, and bill of quantities. Review contract document & claims. General quotation for commercial and residential. Handle procurement. Able to source & liaise with sub-cons and supplier. Job Requirement Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). Preferably able to start work immediately. interior fit-out experience preferred. Possess in-depth knowledge of current market rates and Schedule of Rates (SOR) for both builder’s works and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works, ensuring accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering processes most advantance.
