About this role

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Human Resources and Workplace Solutions, the Senior Regional HR Manager, Performance & Rewards will work with the Regional HR team in partnering with the business to drive the People Strategy in the company over 13 geographical locations in APAC. (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea). As the Subject Matter Expert, the incumbent must be experienced in running the Performance and Total Rewards portfolio, which also includes leading the design and implementation of the Total Rewards programs across the region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performance Management Custodian for the Performance framework and policies across the region. Manage Annual Performance Cycle for APAC during Goal Setting, Mid-Year and Year-end Reviews Facilitate and manage the Performance Calibration exercise across APAC at the Regional level. Coordinate the Annual Performance Review exercise and drives the design, enhancement and execution of the performance module in the HR Management System (HRMS) across the region. Generate timely reports for local markets during performance cycle Compensation Custodian for the Total Rewards framework and policies across the region. Responsible for managing the Market Data and Job Code Mapping Exercise across APAC Manage the Annual Salary Review process across APAC to ensure governance and consistency Drives the design, enhancement and execution of the Compensation module in HRMS across the region Complete Mercer salary surveys, as well as providing salary information, analysis and statistics upon management request. Executive Compensation Support the Regional Vice President, Human Resources and Workplace Solutions on Executive Compensation Reviews and meetings documentation Benefits Conduct APAC benefits review analysis and work closely with local markets to develop gap analysis and propose recommendations Manage renewal of Group Insurance Policies for Regional Office and administer insurance re-marketing program across APAC Administer the company's compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their position. Recognition Manage APAC award nominations for Annual CEO Star Awards event, which includes slides preparation, coordination work for plaques and awards, and any other logistics arrangement Manage Long Service Awards process for Regional Office Ad-Hoc Duties Lead any Compensation & Benefits related projects not listed above KEY REQUIREMENTS: Degree educated with at least 6 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits Strong analytical skills with ability to analyse data and produce reports with an eye for details. Possess in-depth knowledge of job design, job evaluation and salary bench marking. Experience in development and implementation of salary plans and benefits Knowledge of HRIS systems including Total Rewards and Performance modules Excellent communication skills Diplomacy and assertiveness required in equal measure High level of adaptability, drive and perseverance Ability to work independently within a team environment Unquestionable integrity and positive attitude Executional excellence - accuracy and attention to detail
