Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities Identify potential customers, distributors and strategic business partners to achieve the company's sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular communication and business meetings. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements and competitor activities in the logistics and international trade sectors. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and negotiate pricing and service agreements with customers. Coordinate with operations, shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of customer shipments and project requirements. Liaise with overseas suppliers, freight partners and customers to facilitate smooth cross-border transactions. Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market analysis for management. Participate in business development initiatives, exhibitions and networking events to expand the company's market presence. Support management in developing long-term sales strategies and exploring new business opportunities in Greater China and Southeast Asia. Job Requirements At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or commercial roles. Familiar with the China business environment and able to communicate effectively with customers and business partners in China. Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills. Good understanding of international trade processes, logistics coordination or supply chain operations is an advantage. Able to analyse market trends and formulate effective sales strategies.
