Led and managed end-to-end R&D projects and product delivery in smart and sustainable advanced manufacturing, overseeing planning, execution, and evaluation from concept to completion. Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones. Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget. Spearhead design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers through active leadership of motivating and facilitating research rigour across multiple research institute project teams Lead and drive quality, procurement, finance and legal challenges Drive design / process validation testing, best practices and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical / engineering processes and lead teams throughout the project development cycle. Lead, monitor and report the progress of the multiple projects to all internal and external stakeholders. Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk. Interact with industry members and ensure effective communication throughout the project life cycle JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor or Masters in any engineering / project management related discipline At least 3 years of project management experience in product development or research project in manufacturing automation, robotics, and AI in aerospace and land transportation industry would be preferable PMP certifications or equivalent will be advantageous Good business acumen, driven to deliver customer requirements and project deadlines Proactive team player and technically motivated to solve problems, innovate and deliver to internal and external customers Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills The above eligibility criteria are not …
