About this role

Job Description We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer / Clerk to support the daily operations of our nightclub. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer enquiries and reservations, performing administrative and clerical duties, coordinating with operational staff, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests while maintaining accurate operational records. Roles and Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service. Handle customer enquiries, table reservations, VIP bookings, and event-related requests. Assist guests with check-in, seating arrangements, and general enquiries. Coordinate with the operations team, bartenders, service staff, cashiers, and security personnel to ensure smooth daily operations. Respond to customer feedback and assist in resolving complaints promptly and professionally. Perform cashiering support, verify payment records, and maintain accurate transaction documentation. Prepare daily sales reports, reservation records, and other operational documents. Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative and clerical duties. Answer telephone calls, emails, and other customer communications in a timely manner. Maintain customer records and ensure confidentiality of company information. Monitor office supplies and assist in maintaining administrative inventory Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace procedures, and liquor licensing requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and office area. Assist management with administrative tasks, operational coordination, and special events. Perform any other duties assigned by the management. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, entertainment, or a related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Good organizational and administrative skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
