Responsibilities: Support the rollout of the APAC-wide data culture and literacy strategies, including planning materials, presentation decks, and task tracking Partner with internal teams to design and deliver initiatives that promote data-driven decision-making and best practices Update presentation materials for regional and global senior leadership forums, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and visually engaging Develop and manage key employee communication and engagement channels, including newsletters, intranet platforms, and engagement initiatives Work closely with HR and Learning & Development teams to design and develop content for APAC-wide training programmes, coordinate training development, stakeholder input, and rollout activities Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver key strategic initiatives, coordinate deliverables and track progress Help to create communication materials to ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across the organisation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field, with relevant experience supporting regional or global transformation, engagement, learning, or strategic initiatives. Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, within a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of Data Culture, Data Literacy, Data Governance, and data-driven decision-making concepts, with exposure to data-related transformation programmes preferred. Proven experience coordinating cross-functional and multi-country initiatives, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders across APAC and global teams. Strong project coordination, planning, task tracking, and delivery management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience developing executive presentations, communication materials, newsletters, intranet content, and employee engagement campaigns. Ability to translate complex business and data-related concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate communications. Experience supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of learning, training, or capability-building programmes, working closely with HR and Learning & Development teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint. Experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Change Management, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, or Learning Design would be advantageous. Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or other highly regulated industries, as well as familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and supporting regional leadership forums, is preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative approach to building relationships and driving outcomes. Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
