Application Development & Maintenance Manager (For Banking Industry)

Responsibilities: Development and maintenance of EUCs, primarily using Microsoft Access and Excel Development and maintenance of solutions with SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and general database technologies on Windows Server End-to-end management of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall approach Supervision and management of a team of 3–4 engineers Acting as the main interface with clients, particularly the Bank’s IT Department Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any related fields. Minimum 10 years of experience in a Banking IT Department or Consulting Firm Hands-on development experience with at least one programming language; proficiency in Microsoft Access VBA (forms, queries, modules, tables, reports, macros), .NET, and C# is preferred Strong background in database and server technologies, including SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and general database management on Windows Server Ability to think logically and simplify complex situations for non-IT end users Proactive communication skills with stakeholders, partners, and colleagues Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and across multiple teams Flexibility to adapt to restricted development environments governed by strict banking policies Proficiency in Business English, with the ability to draft clear documentation and communicate effectively in a professional setting Why Join Us At ABeam Consulting, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration, and helping our employees grow and develop their skills, offering a supportive and empowering work environment.
