Salesforce Senior Consultant (Sales Cloud – Techno-Functional)

Role Summary We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Senior Consultant to independently deliver Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancement and integration projects. The role combines business analysis and development, including requirements gathering, solution design, APEX development, third-party integrations, and emerging Agentforce and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, engage business stakeholders, drive delivery workstreams, and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities: Gather requirements independently with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives Lead workshops to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions Prepare documentation including Functional Specifications (FS), Technical Specifications (TS), and solution design artifacts Develop Salesforce solutions using APEX and standard platform capabilities to enhance Sales Cloud functionality Design integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Support APIs and APEX-based integrations for seamless data synchronization Contribute to AI solutions through configuration, testing, and enhancements Assist testing phases including SIT/UAT, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live activities Collaborate with teams including developers, QA, Project Managers, and client stakeholders to deliver quality solutions Mentor junior consultants and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 6 years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience Proven ability to independently lead Salesforce delivery workstreams with minimal supervision Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud development and configuration Hands-on expertise with APEX, SOQL, Flows, APIs, and integration patterns Extensive experience gathering business and data requirements Proficiency in preparing Functional Specifications (FS), Technical Specifications (TS), and solution design documents Strong background in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and consulting Familiarity with Insurance or Financial Services business processes Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, AI capabilities, or Data Cloud will be advantageous Possession of Salesforce Certifications is a plus Why Join Us At ABeam Consulting, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration, and helping our employees grow and develop their skills, offering a supportive and empowering work environment.
