Job Summary Join a healthcare agency as an HR Intern to support recruitment and HR administrative tasks, focusing on healthcare personnel and social media recruitment campaigns. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate HR administrative documents to support daily operations Assist in coordinating recruitment activities for healthcare personnel to meet staffing needs Develop and manage social media campaigns to attract qualified healthcare candidates Complete basic documentation tasks to ensure compliance and record accuracy Communicate effectively with team members and candidates to facilitate recruitment processes Work independently to manage assigned HR tasks and meet deadlines Utilize MS Office applications to create reports, presentations, and track recruitment data Preferred competencies and qualifications Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and colleagues Proficiency in MS Office to support documentation and reporting tasks Sufficient AI proficiency and social media skill Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to learn and adapt through provided training Other Information Minimum 6-month contract starting Aug 2026 Training will be provided Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply Interested applicants please email your detailed resume to mycareer@abercare.sg .
