Occupational Therapist | Senior Day Care (Rehab)

Job Description: Conduct initial evaluations to determine care needs for elderly admissions Implement regular care plan reviews with appropriate therapeutic interventions Develop and facilitate group therapy programs tailored for elderly participants Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings for integrated care planning Plan and execute group therapy programme and activities for elderly Develop occupational therapy interventions for clients with Dementia, Psychiatric illness, Musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions Evaluate and optimize therapy schedules with complete documentation Have knowledge of dementia issues and able to manage elderlywho display behavioral problems.
