Support email marketing campaigns and customer communication initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors, designers, printers, and advertising agencies. Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. Maintain customer databases and marketing records accurately. Handle inquiries received through social media, email, and other marketing channels. Support the sales team by preparing promotional materials and product information. Ensure all marketing activities comply with company branding guidelines and policies. Monitor marketing budgets and assist in tracking campaign expenses. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and industry best practices. Perform other marketing and administrative duties assigned by management.
