Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, organised, and people-oriented Clinic Manager to lead daily operations of a busy specialist dental clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient service, and high standards of professionalism. Responsibilities Lead daily clinic operations to maintain efficient workflow and optimise appointment scheduling Supervise, train, and motivate front desk and administrative staff to enhance team performance Coordinate staff schedules and manage manpower to meet clinic demands Deliver an exceptional patient experience from appointment booking through treatment completion Handle patient enquiries and resolve service issues professionally to maintain patient satisfaction Monitor clinic productivity and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency Manage inventory, oversee stock ordering, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure resource availability Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health regulations, infection control protocols, and clinic policies Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators to support decision-making Collaborate with the principal orthodontist and clinical team to support high-quality patient care delivery Assist with budgeting, cost control, and administrative processes to optimise clinic resources Coordinate maintenance of clinic facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of management experience in healthcare, dental, or medical clinic settings Strong leadership and team management skills demonstrated through staff supervision and motivation Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills applied to clinic operations and workflow management Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions under clinic demands Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software for administrative efficiency Customer service orientation with a positive and professional attitude Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience managing a specialist dental or orthodontic practice Familiarity with Singapore healthcare regulations and clinic operational standards Experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management Other Information Benefits Competitive salary of S$4,600 – S$5,000 per month Performance-based incentives (where applicable) Medical benefits Annual leave and public holiday benefits per company policy Opportunities for professional development and career progression Supportive and collaborative working environment
