Dental Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in the Novena Central Region . As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience. This is a full-time position that is integral to the smooth running of our dental practice. What you'll be doing Greet and welcome patients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle patient inquiries Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with patients Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management Maintain a clean and organized reception area Support the dental team as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the practice What we're looking for At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients.
