Industrial Operations Engineer

Job Description: Oversee and manage production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Plan and coordinate daily blending operations to meet production schedules efficiently. Ensure all products comply with established quality standards and meet customer specifications. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to maintain adequate supply while preventing overstocking. Develop and execute transportation and logistics strategies to optimize delivery routes, minimize costs, and improve customer service. Maintain accurate production records and reports; regularly update on production status and highlight any issues. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Requirement: Diploma in Industrial and Operations Management Location: Pioneer Sector Working hours: Mon-Fri - 8.00am-5.30pm, Sat - 1.00pm
