Industrial Engineering Senior Engineer

Job Descriptions: Lead NPI capacity planning and ramp-up readiness. Design and optimize FATP line layouts and production flow. Govern time studies and validate standard times across FATP lines. Drive line balancing optimization and manpower efficiency improvement. Perform OEE analysis and eliminate bottlenecks. Lead Lean initiatives, including VSM, SMED, Kaizen events. Collaborate with the automation team to optimize production line headcount and drive cost reduction initiatives. Quantify cost-saving opportunities and track financial impact. Mentor junior IE engineers. Present productivity analysis and improvement proposals to management Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Lean / Six Sigma certification is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in FATP or high-volume manufacturing environments. Strong expertise in time study, MTM, line balancing, capacity modeling, manpower optimization, OEE analysis, and throughput improvement. Advanced knowledge of FATP processes, with a solid understanding of automation impact on labor modeling. Proficient in advanced Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools, with the ability to prepare financial and productivity reports. Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and project management skills. Results-driven mindset with leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional influencing capabilities.
