About this role

Abrandz is seeking a responsible and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to provide indoor sales support and administrative assistance. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide indoor sales and administrative support to the sales team. Respond to customer enquiries and requests promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and fulfilment of customer orders. Maintain accurate sales records and documentation. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification. At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
