Services Sales Director – Public Sector (Singapore) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Services SalesDirector to lead strategic sales growth across the Singapore Public Sector market for our client, a US MNC. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling high-value professional services, consulting, managed services, and digital transformation solutions to government agencies, statutory boards, and public institutions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and successfully selling large-scale technology or consulting-led solutions into the public sector ecosystem. A highly connected sales leader with deep experience navigating the Singapore government ecosystem , capable of building executive relationships, identifying transformation opportunities, and closing large, complex services-led deals in highly competitive enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Sales & RevenueGrowth Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Singapore’s public sector accounts Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting government ministries, agencies, and statutory boards Build and maintain a strong pipeline of large-scale services opportunities and long-term contracts Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales and revenue targets Public SectorBusiness Development Identify opportunities aligned with government digital transformation and modernization initiatives Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract closure Manage participation in public tenders, RFPs, procurement frameworks, and government bidding processes Develop strong understanding of procurement structures and buying cycles within the Singapore public sector Strategic Client Management Build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders, decision makers, and procurement leaders Engage …
