We are seeking a seasoned Head of Cloud Technology to spearhead our cloud infrastructure and engineering initiatives. You will be responsible for building a robust, high-availability platform that balances aggressive scalability with the rigorous security and compliance standards required in the fintech sector. You will act as the bridge between cloud strategy and our core business objectives, ensuring our infrastructure supports our rapid institutional expansion. Key Responsibilities Define and champion the organization's cloud strategy, establishing robust architectural standards, service catalogs, and long-term technical roadmaps. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud solutions, steering complex migration journeys, application modernization initiatives, and ongoing managed services. Instill engineering excellence across teams, championing modern DevOps practices, automated CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) across all projects. Guarantee robust cloud governance and security, ensuring all client and enterprise environments comply strictly with security baselines and industry regulatory standards. Formulate and refine operational workflows, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and service delivery frameworks to optimize day-to-day performance. Direct critical incident response and post-mortem reviews, driving root-cause analyses (RCA) and proactive service improvement initiatives to maximize system reliability. Skills and Experiences A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field. years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering, including dedicated technical leadership or team management roles. A proven track record of designing, deploying, and managing large-scale environments in major public clouds (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP). Multi-cloud experience is highly advantageous. Demonstrated success in executing large-scale cloud migrations, architecting enterprise solutions, and delivering managed services. Advanced understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, API design, microservices, and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code(specifically Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation, combined with a strong working knowledge of cloud security protocols and compliance frameworks
