We are looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing Director to lead the growth engine of ACCM. Reporting to the executive team, you will design the roadmap for our brand, product, and regional marketing initiatives. We need a leader who thinks like an owner—someone who can architect high-performing growth funnels, identify new market opportunities, and lead the charge in aggressive user acquisition. You will be responsible for all marketing P&L, utilizing deep data insights to iterate, scale, and hit ambitious growth targets as we build our regional presence. Key Responsibilities Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that directly support and advance the company’s overarching business objectives. Perform rigorous market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer behavior analysis to uncover actionable insights and sharpen brand positioning. Provide prompt, structured reports on audience engagement metrics and conduct thorough post-campaign or post-event evaluations. Cultivate warm, professional, and lasting connections with prospects, members, and key partners to support and optimize the lead management pipeline. Design and deploy high-impact lead-capture tactics, targeted nurturing campaigns, and marketing automation workflows to drive high-quality pipeline growth. Keep a pulse on emerging technologies, industry trends, and marketing best practices to pioneer new avenues for brand growth. Skills and Experiences Preferably years of marketing experience with a demonstrated history of scaling brands and driving business growth within fast-paced environments. Comfortable leveraging modern software, platforms, and digital tools to build, distribute, and manage campaigns effectively. Skilled at translating market data and campaign performance metrics into actionable, strategic marketing plans. Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives and align multiple stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to collaborate professionally and maintain key relationships both internally and externally. A proactive self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and the confidence to lead projects independently from concept to completion. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and meticulous in execution. Practical knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation software is a strong plus.
