About this role

Job Description & Requirements · Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. · Notify company personnel of visitor arrival. · Maintain security and telecommunications system. · Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries. · Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories · Answer screening and forwarding incoming phone calls · Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries · Multi-Task and Stress Management Skills · Execute all administrative Tasks to Highest Quality Standards · Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) · Provide basic, accurate information in-person and via phone/email · Update calendars and schedule meetings · Arrange travel, accommodations, and prepare vouchers · Keep updated records of clinic expenses and costs · Perform other clerical receptionist duties: file, photocopy, transcribe and fax Requirements · Able to work weekends and Retail Hours · Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite · Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) · Professional attitude and appearance · Solid written and verbal communication skills · Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise · Excellent organizational skills · Multitask and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks · Customer service attitude · N/O Level and Above · Additional certification in Office Management is a plus - With Attractive Incentives
