About this role
We are hiring a Customer Service Officers to be outsourced to our client. Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone calls and emails for a new project. Provide timely and professional support to customers. Escalate issues where necessary and ensure proper follow-up. Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned. Prior customer service or call centre experience is an added advantage.
