Student Care Centre Supervisor

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Student Care Supervisor to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our student care centre. You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for primary school children aged 7 to 12, while ensuring the smooth running of centre activities, staff performance, and parent communications. While there are no immediate vacancies , we welcome applications from passionate and experienced individuals who are interested in joining us when suitable positions become available. Location: Multiple Locations Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the student care centre, including staffing, scheduling, and programme delivery Supervise and support teachers in planning and conducting enrichment activities, homework supervision, and character development programmes Manage student discipline and well-being, and handle parent communications professionally and promptly Coordinate learning journeys, holiday programmes, and centre events Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of centre staff Monitor and report on student enrolment, staff performance, expenses, and centre operations Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards Requirements: Minimum WSQ Support Service to Children and Youth Cert Diploma in Care and Programme (Student Services & Coaching) preferred.
