2 years contract (renewable) Be part of a dynamic MNC 5 days work week Attractive Benefits The Customer Support Executive (Business Operations Support) mainly be in charge of overseeing day-to-day functional activities, technical support, and logistical processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. Main responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operational support activities to ensure smooth business operations To support and monitor orders till shipment including coordination with manufacturing facilities, suppliers and freight forwarder. Liaise with factories/suppliers and freight forwarder on schedules and update customers Coordinate logistics and other matters with factories in Europe/Italy and third-party suppliers which include warehouse management and deliveries Follow-up with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services Ensure SOPs and engagement standards are followed Responsible for documents administration including DO, PO & Invoice Maintain and ensure accurate data entries in MYOB Inventory tracking, replenishment and stock coordination Prepare COO /COQ / COC for customers Maintain proper filing of sales and operational documents Report generation weekly/monthly and administration support to the General Manager Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in operations support preferably in the Electrical sector (strong knowledge of electrical components) Minimum Diploma Proficient in Microsoft Excel & reporting tools (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Proactive and able to response quickly to operational needs Able to work independently and also as a team Detail-oriented & excellent communication skills Working location: North area R24119740
