Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline. Prepare service reports. REQUIREMENTS ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance. Ideally process experience in similar industry ( scientific equipment) . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and a team player. Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen. Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage R24119740
