Leading Real Estate & Hospitality Group Strong Focus on PDPA, Risk & Corporate Governance Regional Exposure Across Property & Hospitality Portfolio Our client is seeking a Senior Executive, Risk Management to support the Group's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, with a strong emphasis on Personal Data Protection (PDPA) , governance, and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to strengthen risk management practices and regulatory compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the property and hospitality businesses. Coordinate risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and prepare ERM reports and governance documentation. Support the Group's Personal Data Protection (PDPA) programme, including policy reviews, compliance monitoring, awareness initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. Assist in Business Continuity Management (BCM) planning, documentation, testing, and programme maintenance. Work with internal business units and external stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks. Coordinate governance, compliance, and risk management training programmes across the organisation. Monitor regulatory developments and recommend improvements to policies, controls, and compliance processes. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Business, Accountancy, Information Technology, Law, Risk Management, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in PDPA, Data Protection, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, or related functions. Good understanding of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and governance best practices. Experience supporting Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and/or Business Continuity Management (BCM) programmes will be advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Meticulous, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
