About the Role We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor to hire an experienced Architecture Site Coordinator to lead large-scale LTA/infrastructure projects , including MRT, rail depot, or major civil works . Key Responsibilities Manage contracts depository Draft and/or review contracts, legal documents and correspondences Support in the negotiation of contracts and transactions Provide advice to stakeholders on risks and legal issues Monitoring and identifying legal issues as and when they arise and recommend course of action Support in dispute resolution and legal proceedings as and when they arise Provide training to stakeholders Support in the implementation of Personal Data Protection Act or equivalent in affiliates within the Asia region Coordinate and collaborate with external legal advisers and internal departments when the need arises Support in legal research Support ISO and ISCC related matters Support in compliance related matters and corporate governance matters HOW TO APPLY: If you are a team player, meticulous & organized, and more importantly, believe that YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE, we would like to hear from you.
