Job Description Lead end-to-end process design from concept, basic, and detailed design phases through to implementation, commissioning, and handover. Develop and review key process deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, equipment sizing, utility balances, and technical specifications. Define process system design based on user requirements (URS), including capacity calculations and system architecture for industrial and biopharma applications. Conduct and lead design reviews with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project scope, standards, and best practices. Support tendering activities, including cost estimation, technical proposal preparation, and evaluation of vendor and subcontractor submissions. Review and approve vendor and subcontractor designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Oversee construction, installation, and commissioning activities, ensuring systems are delivered in line with design intent, schedule, and quality expectations. Monitor start-up activities, troubleshoot design and site issues, and provide technical solutions to ensure successful system performance. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, including participation in risk assessments and process hazard reviews.
