Senior / Quality Engineer [Urgent/Mfg/Semicon]

Key Responsibilities Drive quality improvement initiatives to achieve quality, yield, and customer satisfaction targets. Investigate manufacturing and product quality issues using Root Cause Analysis, 8D, SPC, and other quality tools. Review and disposition non-conforming materials, including incoming, in-process, outgoing, and customer returns. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Reduce defects, scrap, and production downtime through continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain quality documents, inspection standards, SOPs, and control plans. Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and customer requirements. Lead customer complaint investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct internal, supplier, and process audits. Support process validation, MSA (GR&R), Poka-Yoke, and new product introduction activities. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline. 3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Quality Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and 8D. Familiar with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems. Able to interpret engineering drawings and basic GD&T. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in electronics, semiconductor, precision manufacturing, automotive, or related industries will be an advantage. Why Join Us?
