Spa Therapist

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Spa Therapist to provide high-quality spa and wellness treatments while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent massage and body treatment skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers relax and improve their well-being. Key Responsibilities Perform professional spa treatments, including body massage, aromatherapy, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, body scrub, body wrap, and other wellness therapies. Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments, wellness packages, and retail products. Ensure customers receive a comfortable, relaxing, and professional spa experience. Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, towels, equipment, and supplies before each session. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards of treatment rooms and equipment. Promote and upsell spa treatments, memberships, packages, and retail products. Maintain accurate customer treatment records and appointment details. Follow company SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service standards at all times. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Requirements Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa, wellness centre, hotel spa, or massage establishment is an advantage. Knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Work Environment Spa, wellness centre, hotel spa, resort spa, or massage establishment. Customer-facing, hands-on treatment role.
