Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Beautician to provide professional beauty and skincare treatments while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong facial treatment skills, skincare knowledge, and the ability to recommend suitable beauty solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities Perform professional facial treatments, including deep cleansing, hydration, anti-aging, acne care, and skin rejuvenation treatments. Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products. Provide beauty services such as eyebrow shaping, waxing, threading, and other beauty treatments where applicable. Ensure customer comfort, satisfaction, and professionalism throughout each treatment session. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools. Prepare treatment rooms, products, machines, and materials before each session. Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Maintain customer records and treatment histories accurately. Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service protocols. Requirements Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a beauty salon, facial centre, spa, or aesthetic clinic is an advantage. Knowledge of skincare products, skin conditions, and facial treatment techniques. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. Sales-driven and confident in recommending treatments and products. Professional appearance and grooming. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Work Environment Beauty salon, facial centre, wellness centre, spa, or aesthetic clinic. Customer-facing and hands-on treatment role.
