Job Description We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the company's technical operations and ensure the efficient delivery of technical support, maintenance, servicing, and develop operational strategies, manage technical projects, and ensure all systems, equipment, and processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Engineering Manager will work closely with management, clients, suppliers, and internal departments to deliver high-quality technical solutions while driving continuous operational improvements Responsibilities Lead and manage the Technical Department, ensuring efficient planning and execution of air conditioning servicing, maintenance, repair, and installation works. Oversee preventive maintenance contracts and ensure all scheduled servicing is completed in accordance with client requirements and company standards. Plan, organize, and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to ensure the timely completion of maintenance contracts and projects. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians by providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance management. Provide expert technical support for complex HVAC and ACMV systems, including diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring effective resolution. Conduct regular site inspections and technical audits to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulations. Support business development activities by providing technical expertise during site assessments, tender submissions, and client presentations. Monitor departmental performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular management reports on operational performance, service quality, and project status. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Directors or Senior Management in support of the Company's business objectives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree Or Diploma in Engineering Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 20 years of relevant technical experience, including at least 15 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge relevant to the company's industry. Experience in project management, team leadership, and technical problem-solving. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant technical software. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
