About this role
We’re looking for a Junior Barista to join our team! This is an entry-level, all-rounder role where you’ll learn the art of coffee while also supporting front-of-house service. If you’re passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and love working in a team, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and café beverages Support FOH duties: order taking, food running, table service & cashiering Keep the café clean, organised, and welcoming Restock bar and floor supplies as needed Be flexible — switch between barista and service roles depending on the shift Learn and grow under the guidance of our senior baristas What We’re Looking For Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude Willingness to be an all-rounder (bar + FOH) and/or (Bar + Kitchen support) Eagerness to learn coffee skills and café operations Team player who is reliable and punctual
