Oversee day-to-day operations, including team supervision in their daily activities, managing staff rosters, resource planning and slots management. Manage, mentor and coach the relevant team members to achieve quality and productivity for optimal customer experience. Train and upskill new and existing team members of the team, and provide actionable feedback. Maintain customer records and monitor their appointment. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Perform day-end sales settlement to ensure accurate financial records.
