They operate over 10 retail outlets including ACTUALLY, OUTSIDE, Fjallraven, and Keen Garage. Job Summary Support warehouse operations by managing storage, order fulfillment, inventory control, and safety to ensure smooth distribution and accurate recordkeeping. Responsibilities Manage warehouse storage to maintain cleanliness, organization, and accessibility while following compliance standards Resolve packing discrepancies to ensure order accuracy Pick, pack, and label orders accurately for shipment according to packing lists Perform stock counts and receive, unpack, check, and store incoming goods in designated locations Load and unload goods safely from delivery vehicles Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety procedures and reporting hazards Update stock logs, scan codes, and prepare documentation using computer systems or manual methods Preferred competencies and qualifications Physical fitness to carry and rearrange boxes safely Ability to maintain neatness and organization in the workspace Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for recordkeeping tasks Experience using integrated inventory systems or handheld scanners for stock management
