Senior Manager, Corporate Finance ($8k - $12k) Location: Central, Singapore Reports To: Chief Financial Officer About the Company We are a leading industrial and energy company with operations and projects across Asia. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance professional to support strategic financing initiatives and contribute to the organisation's long-term growth. The Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value corporate finance transactions across international markets. You will collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders to support financing, investment, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities · Support and execute debt andequity financing transactions, capital market activities, mergers andacquisitions, investments, and divestments. · Develop financial models,valuation analyses, business cases, and financial projections to supportstrategic decision-making. · Prepare investmentpresentations, financing proposals, and other materials for management,lenders, investors, and business partners. · Coordinate with internalstakeholders and external advisors to facilitate transaction execution. · Participate in commercialdiscussions and negotiations with financial institutions, investors, andprofessional advisers. · Provide financial andcommercial support for new business initiatives and investment opportunities. · Monitor market developments andidentify financing opportunities aligned with the organisation's businessstrategy. · Ensure quality, accuracy, andtimely delivery of financial analyses and transaction documentation. Requirements Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related discipline. · Professional qualificationssuch as CPA or CA are advantageous. · CFA Charterholder or candidatespursuing the CFA programme will be an advantage. Experience · Approximately 6 to 8 years ofrelevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, project finance,financial advisory, or related fields. · Experience supporting financingtransactions, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, or investmentactivities. · Experience within thepetrochemical, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors will be anadvantage but is not essential. · Familiarity with financialinstitutions, capital markets, and funding structures is desirable. Technical Competencies · Strong financial modelling andvaluation skills, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), comparable companyanalysis, precedent transaction analysis, and scenario modelling. · Good understanding of corporatefinance principles and financial reporting. · Proficient in Microsoft Exceland PowerPoint. · Ability to prepare high-qualityinvestment and financing presentations. Personal Attributes · Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills. · Effective written and verbalcommunication skills. · Able to manage multiplepriorities in a dynamic environment. · Strong interpersonal skillswith the ability to build collaborative working relationships. · Self-motivated with a proactiveapproach to delivering results. · High level of professionalism,integrity, and attention to detail. Language • Proficiency in English is required. • Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous where the role involves supportingbusiness communications with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and businesspartners. Travel • Willingness to undertake regional orinternational business travel of up to approximately 20 to 30% when required.
