Building Technician

Job Summary Responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of building common areas and facilities through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency situations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for occupants and visitors. Assist in monitoring building systems and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and operational disruptions. Responsibilities Maintain common areas within residential or building premises to ensure cleanliness and functionality Perform routine preventive maintenance on facility equipment and building systems to ensure efficient operation Conduct regular inspections of grounds and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime Able to carry out troubleshooting and minor repair of electrical work Requirements: Relevant technical certificate such as electrical/building/engineering able to work in a fast pace environment Possess a great sense of urgency and able to multi-task Must be a team player Higher level position may be considered for better experience candidates Able to commence work immediately would be added advantage Work location: Central / Hougang / Clementi / Seletar / Yishun/ Kallang/ West Coast
