Safety Coordinator (Building Construction)

Responsibilities: Perform daily safety inspections, compile reports, and maintain records Supervise site work; ensure lifting gear, appliances, and electrical equipment are inspected and up to date Enforce rules for in-house worker dormitory Work daily with WSH team, management, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with WSH regulations Assist in accident/incident investigations; prepare monthly safety report Monitor worker training; enroll and update workers' course records as directed by Project Director/HR Assist with new hire orientation, onboarding, offboarding, and worker interviews Participate in the Risk Management Team, conduct EHS training and toolbox meetings Carry out duties per the WSH Management System Requirements: Degree or Diploma in WSH or equivalent 3–5 years of relevant experience in Building Construction Familiar with WSH Act, risk management, and SS codes Strong hazard identification and problem-solving skills Willing to respond to emergencies if needed Experience with internal safety audits Basic ability to read construction drawings Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on the APPLY button below to send in your resume or send to engg1@talenttradersg.com EA License No: 13C6305 Reg.
