To support in loans servicing including rollovers, repayments, loan fee collections etc. To collaborate closely with team to uphold and improve on service standards based on established cut-off times. To initiate and follow up on production tickets to resolve systemic issues as well as businesses on outstanding cases pending confirmation/ clarification.
