Manager, Strategy & Operations (IT, Public Sector)

The Opportunity Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for a Manager, Strategy & Operations Focused on driving operational excellence, strategic planning, workforce initiatives, stakeholder engagement, governance, vendor management, and transformation projects. The role will start out as a contract role. The Talent Required Experience Degree in any discipline. Experience in strategy, operations, programme/project management, PMO, corporate planning, consulting, organisational development, or related functions. Experience supporting senior leadership and managing cross-functional initiatives is advantageous. Exposure to vendor management, procurement, contracts, or advisory services is beneficial. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Interest in emerging technologies, digital workplace solutions, and GenAI. Exposure to knowledge management, organisational development, or workforce enablement initiatives. Job Description Strategic Planning & Operations Support the execution of strategic priorities and operational initiatives. Manage workforce planning, headcount tracking, and management reporting. Coordinate audit readiness, compliance activities, and governance processes. Organise employee engagement programmes, learning initiatives, and team events. Manage governance forums, including agenda planning, stakeholder coordination, and action tracking.
