About The Opportunity A global Dutch International Company is looking for a Finance Controller to join its Singapore HQ. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead the finance function, supervise a small finance team and support the Company's continued international growth. The Job Lead the full spectrum of finance operations, including financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, group consolidation and cash flow management. Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with SFRS, while supporting Dutch GAAP reporting requirements and statutory compliance. Partner closely with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, treasury, corporate tax, transfer pricing, and business performance analysis. Lead audit, tax, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder management while driving continuous process improvements and internal controls. Supervise and mentor a small finance team in a collaborative international environment. Requirements Degree in Accountancy or Finance with CPA / ACCA/ CA / ISCA qualification preferred. At least 8 years of accounting and finance experience, including financial reporting, consolidation, audit and statutory compliance. Experience in leasing, logistics, shipping, transportation, asset-intensive, trading or multinational environments will be advantageous. Strong knowledge of SFRS, Excel and ERP systems.
