About this role

The Opportunity Monitor and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of both external and internal third-party contracts, including identifying and investigating any misalignment between payments and contract status. Do trend reviews of Supplier Performances and escalate to stakeholders and senior management of potential breach. For example, performance dashboards, governance oversight, intercompany contract activity. Partner with Resilience Risk and Third Party Risk Management to proactively manage and improve ageing metrics that reflect the third-party risk and control environment. Conduct regular reviews, quality assurance and audits of the MAS Third Party Register Provide first-line support to internal users on Third Party Due Diligence platforms Independently manage interactions with Engagement Managers and offshore teams to manage lifecycle management of arrangements undergoing due diligences. Support the Third Party Management team on change projects on operationalization of policy changes, Support the Third Party Management team (via project managing) implementation of global and local mandates and initiatives.
